Q: Do you Combine Shipping?
A: Yes, We combine shipping on all orders. If you purchase an item through an auction you must wait for the all auctions to end at days end in order to receive an invoice. If you purchase an item through a BIN you can request an invoice from within the Checkout feature. If for any reason you pay for items individually without notifying us before hand we will not be able to refund or combine any order/shipping charges.
Q: What is a Stock Image?
A: Stock images are photos that are provided to us by the manufacturer for Retail products, Listings for which we have large quantities of will be listed with Stock Photos. Any order from a stock photo is subject to Manufacturing package variations and errors. YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE a drastically different item. Items with small packaging variations, factory changes, Punch Tabs or small errors WILL NOT be deemed as 'NOT AS DESCRIBED' as this is common amongst manufactures.
Q: What is an Original Image?
A: An original image is a photo for which we took of the exact item that you will receive. The items in these photos will never change and you will receive the exact item. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY as a buyer to look at all photos carefully as we do not want you to miss anything. Not every detail can be listed in the description and it is up to you as the consumer to ensure that the product in the photo is exactly what you want. We will do our best, but may or may not always be aware of breaks, defects, discoloration, folds, tears, rips, ETC to the physical product within a package (when applicable). If you feel that you have a condition question that is not mentioned in the listing please feel free to ask. IF YOU ARE A IN BOX COLLECTOR OR SEALED CARD COLLECTOR, THEN WE HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU READ OUR CONDITION DISCLOSURE. There may be times where we are unable to provide additional photos.
Q: Will you ship my item in a box?
A: YES! This is a question that we get asked a few times a week. Yes, all our toy orders are shipped in a box with bubble wrap and peanuts. Toy parts and Game Manuals are shipped in padded envelops.
Q: What is the size of the item?
A: If we did not state the size of the item in the listing we may not be able to get you measurements in a timely manner. Most items can be researched online through a basic search of the product on google.
Q: Is this item smoke free?
A: Yes, all out items that are listed do come from a smoke free establishment. Since we are a business that deals with second hand items there may be a time where an item may not be, but we will state so in the listing.
Q: What is the lowest price you are willing to take on this product to end the listing?
A: Unfortunately if its an item in a Live Auction or a BIN that does not contain a 'Best Offer' option we will not respond to your email regarding offers. The only time we will respond to messages with open offers is when a listings has a 'Best Offer' option.
Q: Is the Box/Card of the item in Mint or Perfect condition?
A: No, product condition is all based on each individual's perception. All of our items are subject to Veining, Dog Ears, Box dings, Corner tears, Punched Tabs, ETC...If you are someone that wants a perfect BOX or CARD than we suggest you purchase a Graded item that will ensure your item is perfect. ALL IN BOX COLLECTORS BE AWARE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED STATEMENT
Q: When will my package be shipped?
A: All transactions come with 3 business day handling. Meaning if you purchase something on Friday the order May or May Not get processed until Monday (1 business day). All orders are shipped out twice a week (Weds & Sat)
Q: You have not answered my email?
A: We take all our customers messages and request seriously, but multiple questions in regards to the shipping of an order will not be responded to unless we deem it important to the listing. Unfortunately we get a lot of messages and questions, so questions that may have already been answered within the description will be not be responded to unless we deem it detrimental to the listing. EXAMPLE: Can you ship this worldwide? Can you provide me with an additional photo? Is the color of his head red or orange I can't tell in the photo? These type of questions are detrimental to the listing.
