Return Policy

Please read this Return Policy carefully before making your purchase.


Pre-Orders

A non-refundable deposit equal to 10%–20% of the total order amount will be charged at the time your pre-order is placed. The remaining balance will be charged prior to shipment using the same payment method provided for the original deposit.

If the remaining balance payment is declined or cannot be processed,within 7 days will result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the original deposit.

If you choose to cancel your pre-order before shipment, your deposit may be transferred to store credit for future use.

Please note that pre-order items are not currently in stock. Any listed release dates or estimated arrival dates are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to change. Products may arrive earlier or later than the estimated timeframe.

Vintage Items (5 Years or Older)

All vintage items are sold as-is and are final sale. Due to the nature of these collectibles, returns will not be accepted.

  • The condition of vintage and used toys is subjective. Expect typical characteristics such as fading, discoloration, odors, dust, shelf wear, or loose joints.

  • Items with electronic components are sold unverified and as-is, unless explicitly noted as tested and working.

  • Sealed vintage items derive their value from being unopened. If opened or removed from original packaging, the item will be considered damaged and no longer eligible for discussion or refund.


Modern New Toys (Up to 5 Year Old)

We are an authorized retailer for a wide range of modern toy brands.

  • Minor imperfections such as paint variances, loose joints, or color differences are handled directly through the manufacturer’s warranty and quality control procedures.

  • These are not considered defects and we do not accept returns for such issues. All new items are sold as-is, and customers must reach out to the manufacturer for support.

  • The Box/Package condition of your toy is subjective. Expect typical characteristics such as Corner Dings, Dust,  Shelf wear, Veining or Bubble Scuffing.
  • We Do not characterize our products as MINT/Perfect since that is subjective

Video Games & Consoles

  • All video games and consoles are tested prior to sale.

  • We do not perform internal cleanings, battery swaps, or refurbishments in-house. If a console is refurbished or modified, that will be clearly stated in the product description.

  • For quality assurance, all consoles and games are discreetly serialized.

If you believe your item is non-functional, returns or exchanges will only be processed if the serial number matches our original listing.


Shipping Damage & Order Issues

Upon delivery, please inspect your package immediately. If you notice any issues or receive an incorrect item, contact us right away.

  • All packaging and fulfillment areas are under video surveillance and will be reviewed as needed.

  • If you receive the wrong item, please notify us promptly to initiate a resolution.

  • Please note that USPS, FedEx, and UPS only consider claims for items with significant physical damage, such as crushed boxes or severe tears that affect salability.


Exceptions & Special Cases

We reserve the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis, but all items are generally sold under a final sale, no return policy, consistent with our retail store policy at:

Chargebacks

By completing a purchase with Bitz & Buttons, you have acknowledged and agree to our Refund & Return Policy, which clearly states: All sales are final. No returns. No refunds.

Any attempt to reverse the transaction through a chargeback or payment dispute, after accepting these terms at checkout, will be treated as fraudulent misuse of the chargeback process.

We actively dispute all chargebacks with full supporting documentation, including:

  • Verified proof of shipment and delivery

  • Customer acknowledgment of our policy at checkout

  • Evidence of product condition and sale status

In cases of suspected abuse or fraud, we reserve the right to:

  • Permanently ban the customer from future purchases

  • Report the incident to payment processors and fraud monitoring systems

  • File a formal complaint with your local authorities and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)

Refunds (If Applicable)

If a refund is approved, please allow up to 15 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete processing.
