Vintage Items

All Vintage Items (aged 10 years or more) are sold in their current condition, with no returns accepted. The assessment of the condition of Used/Vintage items may vary among individual perception. Buyers should anticipate common characteristics of vintage toys, including fading, discoloration, odors, dust, and loose joints.

Vintage toys featuring electronics are sold as-is unless explicitly stated otherwise. Buyers should not presume the functionality of electronic components unless confirmed.

Vintage toys designated as Sealed/New that are opened or removed from their packaging by the buyer will be deemed damaged, as their value is derived from their sealed status.


New Modern Toys

Please note that we are an authorized retailer for numerous major brands. If you receive a Modern New item (up to one year old) that is defective—such as issues with paint, joint tightness, or color variations—these will not be classified as damaged. You are required to contact the manufacturer, as these matters fall under manufacturer quality control. Returns will not be accepted, as these items are sold "as is.” and you must contact the proper manufacturer.

Video Games

All video games and gaming consoles will undergo testing prior to being listed for sale. We will not conduct any interior cleaning, scrubbing, battery replacements, or refurbishments on any console in-house. If a console has been refurbished or modified, this will be explicitly indicated in the listing. Each video game and console is discreetly serialized to safeguard our business interests.

In the event that your gaming item is truly non-functional, we will facilitate a return or exchange, contingent upon the verification of matching serial numbers with the item sold.

 

Damages and issues

Upon receipt of your order, please conduct a thorough inspection and promptly notify us if the package is damaged.

It is important to note that insurance carriers & policies held by USPS, FedEx, and UPS, classify damage as unsalable. This classification requires that the package exhibits substantial damage, such as crushing, rips, or any other condition that may compromise its contents.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately, so that we can evaluate the issue and get it addressed. Please be aware that our packaging facilities are under surveillance and will be verified  

 

Exceptions 

Exceptions to the established rules may be considered. However, please note that all items are sold "as-is" under a final sale policy with a no return policy, which is consistent with the practices of our physical retail location at 5227 West Broward Blvd.


Refunds

If a refund of any kind is issued please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
