Shipping & Handling
What to Expect from us during your transaction?
Packages
- Majority of all items will be packed in a standard cardboard box
- Small items such as Parts, Manuals, Stickers, ETC..will be shipped in a padded envelop
- All items will be wrapped with either large or small bubble wrap
- All Boxed items will contain packing peanuts.
- We DO NOT use paper as filling unless a box is oversized
- Oversized Boxes are considered 20x20 or Larger
- Not all orders will contain a packing slip/invoice
Deliveries
- All order(s) are packed within 3 Business Days (Mon-Fri)
- USPS & UPS are the only forms of Carrier Service we use.
- Pick Ups are scheduled every Weds & Saturday.
- All Tracking information will be sent to you VIA e-Mail
- If an item needs to be shipped ASAP please call the store
- Any Order(s) that is a RTS/Refusal will result in forfeit of Shipping Fee's
Customs/Taxes/Duties
- All International Customers are responsible for their own Duties
- All Customers are subject to paying taxes
- All customs forms will be listed as Merchandise (NO EXCEPTION)
Damages
- Any damage to your delivery must be reported within 24hrs of delivery
- Cosmetic paint issues Is not considered Damage
- Anything you deem as Damage that is covered in our 'Conditions' page will NOT be honored..
- Any Damage product must be accompanied by Photos of the product and shipping box
- Authorization of a return will be at the discretion of Bitz & Buttons
