Q: What is the condition of my item?

You will not receive a crushed, destroyed, or heavily soiled item unless explicitly noted.

Q: Is this item complete?
A: We strive to provide the most accurate description possible, but please remember most of these items are second hand. We will do the best we can to accurately describe the item listed. If the listing Title DOES NOT state ?Complete? then the item is simply NOT COMPLETE.
Q: Do you Combine Shipping?
A: Yes, We combine shipping on all Domestic orders. If you purchase an item through an auction you must wait for the all auctions to end in order to receive an invoice. If for any reason you pay for items individually without notifying us before hand we will not be able to refund or combine any order/shipping charges
Q: Can I do a Local Pickup?
A: Yes, you can do a local pickup at the store, but a $.50 Charge per item will be accessed for transaction fees.
Q: Is this item smoke free?
A: Yes, all out items that are listed do come from a smoke free establishment. Since we are a business that deals with second hand items there may be a time where an item may not be, but we will state so in the listing.
Q: What is the lowest price you are willing to take on this product to end the listing?
A: Unfortunately if its an item in a Live Auction or a BIN that does not contain a 'Best Offer' option we will not respond to your email regarding offers. The only time we will respond to messages with open offers is when a listings has a 'Best Offer' option.
Q: When will my package be shipped?
A: All transactions come with 3 business day handling. Meaning if you purchase something on Friday the order May or May Not get processed until Monday (1 business day).
Q: How come I did not receive the item in the background or under the counter?
A: Please be aware that items in the background or under a count is not part of the listing. The only items that are being sold are the items in the FOREGROUND that matches the title.
Q: I no longer wish to purchase this item, I bid on this item accidently, or my Child Bid on the item without me knowing?
A: Unfortunately Auctioned Items we will not be canceled. You were given a number of opportunities to cancel your bid properly through the system. Your account will be deemed as unpaid in accordance with ebay unpaid policy and cancelation Request will be denied and not acknowledged
